利用异丙肾上腺素造成大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,观察黄芩甙对大鼠缺血心肌的保护作用。28只Wistar大鼠分为正常对照组、缺血模型组、黄芩甙Ⅰ组、黄芩甙Ⅱ组。观察黄芩甙对各组大鼠心电图、血清磷酸肌酸激酶及心肌组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)的影响。结果表明,黄芩甙可对抗异丙肾上腺素所致大鼠急性心肌损伤,使心肌缺血大鼠的心电图ST段异常抬高数减少,血清磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)降低,并可增加心肌组织SOD的活力,减少MDA生成。提示黄芩甙对大鼠心肌缺血有保护作用,其机制可能与抗脂质过氧化反应有关。
The rat model of acute myocardial ischemia induced by isoproterenol was used to observe the protective effect of baicalin on ischemic myocardium in rats. 28 Wistar rats were divided into normal control group, ischemia model group, baicalin Ⅰ group and baicalin Ⅱ group. To observe the effects of Baicalin on electrocardiogram, serum creatine phosphokinase and myocardial superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lipid peroxidation malondialdehyde (MDA) of rats in each group. The results showed that baicalin against isoproterenol-induced acute myocardial injury in rats myocardial ischemia S T segment abnormal increase in the number of decreased serum creatine kinase (CPK) decreased, and can increase Myocardial SOD activity, reduce the generation of MDA. Tip baicalin on myocardial ischemia has a protective effect, its mechanism may be related to anti-lipid peroxidation.
