12名经骨髓抽吸活检确诊的毛细胞白血病患者为研究对象。男11人,女1人,年龄39～61岁。有活动性疾病的证据(如中性白细胞减少、血小板减少、有症状的淋巴腺病、反复感染),在此之前的三个月内未接受任何治疗。其中7人以前已做了脾切除。住院接受2-氯脱氧腺苷治疗:每天0.1mg/kg静脉灌注,连用7天。其间每天给予别嘌呤醇300mg以预防肿瘤崩解所引起的高尿酸血症。结果:11人获得CR——所有疾病证据完全消失。中性白细胞>1.5×10~9/L,血红蛋白
Twelve patients with hairy cell leukemia diagnosed by bone marrow aspirate biopsy were studied. 11 men and 1 woman, aged 39 to 61 years old. There is evidence of active disease (eg, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, symptomatic lymphadenopathy, recurrent infections) and no treatment was taken within the previous three months. Seven of them had splenectomy previously. Inpatients were treated with 2-chlorodeoxyadenosine: 0.1 mg / kg intravenous infusion daily for 7 days. During which 300 mg of allopurinol was administered daily to prevent hyperuricemia caused by tumor disintegration. Results: Eleven people got CR - evidence of all disease disappeared completely.
