目的:为缺血疗法在胰腺癌的临床应用提供基础研究资料。方法:在建立人胰腺癌细胞株裸小鼠胰腺原位移植瘤模型的基础上,结扎荷瘤棵鼠胃十二指肠动脉、胰十二指肠下动脉及背胰动脉诱导胰腺右叶区域性缺血,观察缺血对裸小鼠胰腺移植癌群体增殖动力学及细胞周期动力学的影响。结果:缺血组移植癌生长缓慢,倍增时间延长,移植瘤体积、癌细胞增殖指数及蛋白质含量术后3、7、14d均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:区域性缺血能有效地抑制裸小鼠胰腺移植癌的生长,并抑制癌细胞DNA及蛋白质的合成。
Objective: To provide basic research data for the clinical application of ischemic therapy in pancreatic cancer. Methods: On the basis of establishment of pancreatic xenograft model of human pancreatic cancer cell line, the gastric duodenal artery, pancreaticoduodenal artery and dorsal pancreatic artery were ligated to induce the right lobe area Effects of Ischemia and Ischemia on Proliferation Kinetics and Cell Cycle Dynamics of Transplanted Pancreatic Cancer in Nude Mice. Results: The growth of transplanted cancer in ischemic group was slow, doubling time was prolonged, and the volume of tumor, proliferation index of cancer cells and protein content in ischemic group were significantly lower than those in control group on the 3rd, 7th and 14th day after operation (P <0.01). Conclusion: Regional ischemia can effectively inhibit the growth of transplanted pancreatic cancer in nude mice and inhibit the synthesis of DNA and protein in cancer cells.
