《种子法》实施后,在品种审定、种子包装、处理假冒种子、使用转基因种子、种子贮备等方面出现一些无明确法律依据可解决的问题。本文对这些问题进行了讨论,并提出部分解决问题的建议。
After the implementation of the “Seed Law”, there are some problems that can be solved without clear legal basis in terms of variety validation, seed packaging, handling of counterfeit seeds, use of genetically modified seeds and seed storage. This article discusses these issues and suggests some of them.
