从2004年9月实施新一轮基础教育改革实验以来,我们对广大教师的培训、培养工作从未间断和终止过。九年来,我们通过多形式、多渠道来提高教师的素质,取得了一定成效。本文就提升教师素质谈一点自己的看法。一、在新课改中培养教师近年来,我们结合新一轮基础教育课程改革工作,经常组织广大教师进行通识培训。通过培训,使教师明确了教学工作在新课改中的意义、任务和目标,学到了先进的教育理念、教育思想和教育方法,更新了广大教师的观念,树立了“以学生为主体,以学生发展为本”的理念。
Since the implementation of the new round of reform in basic education in September 2004, we have never stopped or stopped our training and training of teachers.
