针对信息时代人们每天需要处理大量信息的问题,结构式写作以认知心理学和学习理论为基础,建立了“信息块”的概念,并把文件设计融入写作程序。以结构式撰写的科技文件内容简练,层次分明,便于读者迅速浏览、查找、理解和记忆关键信息。另外,信息块便于分割、存储、替换和反复使用,有利于文件的修改和更新,提高了文件写作效率。
In view of the problem that people need to deal with a large amount of information every day in the information age, structured writing builds on the concept of “information block” based on cognitive psychology and learning theory and integrates the design of documents into the writing process. Structured scientific papers are concise and structured, allowing readers to quickly browse, find, understand and remember critical information. In addition, the information block is easy to be divided, stored, replaced and repeatedly used, which is beneficial to the modification and update of the file and improves the efficiency of document writing.
