本文采用访谈的方法,对吉林省榆树市新型农村合作医疗制度的运行情况进行了调查分析。研究发现,榆树市新型农村合作医疗办公室采取了一系列有力措施让参合农民得到了切实的实惠。同时也发现,在新型农村合作医疗的管理过程中存在着一些问题和困境,诸如筹资困难、缺乏人财物的支持、报销比例偏低等。本文对此进行了分析,并提出了改进措施,以期该制度得以顺利进行。 This article uses the method of interviews to conduct an investigation and analysis of the operation of the new rural cooperative medical system in Yushu City, Jilin Province. The study found that Yushu new rural cooperative medical office has taken a series of effective measures to enable participating farmers have been tangible benefits. At the same time, it also found that there are some problems and difficulties in the management of the new rural cooperative medical system, such as difficulties in financing, lack of support from people and property, and low reimbursement. This article has carried on the analysis, and proposed the improvement measure, with the hope that this system can carry on smoothly.
