根据新课程改革对中小学教师开展反思性自我评价的要求,完善教师反思性自我评价机制可以采取如下策略:一是学校实行人本管理和领导带头自评以巩固教师评价主体;二是创设和谐自评环境和提供专业培训指导以保障教师自评信度;三是增强反思效能感和建立反思管理制度以培育教师反思习惯。
According to the requirements of the new curriculum reform for reflective self-assessment of primary and secondary school teachers, improving teachers’ self-evaluation mechanism of self-reflection can adopt the following strategies: First, the implementation of human-centered management in schools and leadership take the lead in self-assessment to consolidate the main body of teacher evaluation; second is to create harmony Self-assessment of the environment and the provision of professional training and guidance to protect the self-evaluation of teachers; Third, to enhance the sense of reflective efficiency and the establishment of reflection management system to cultivate teachers’ reflection habits.
