为了满足激光器生产过程中快速检测激光发散角的需求,研制了一套激光发散角快速测量系统。测量系统采用焦点法测量激光发散角,利用可变光阑法确定透镜焦点处激光束的直径。为了提高测量系统的自动化程度,基于LabView软件开发平台开发了测控软件。可实现对不同孔径小孔光阑的自动更换测量,记录相应的透过能量值,计算激光束发散角,并进行保存和打印。实验结果表明,测量系统测量结果准确,测量误差小于0.05mrad,自动化程度高、操作简便,能够满足激光发散角快速测试的要求。
In order to meet the requirement of rapid detection of laser divergence angle in laser manufacturing process, a set of laser divergence angle measurement system has been developed. The measurement system uses the focus method to measure the laser divergence angle and the variable aperture method to determine the diameter of the laser beam at the focal point of the lens. In order to improve the automation of the measurement system, the software of measurement and control was developed based on LabView software development platform. It can measure and change automatically the aperture of different apertures, record the corresponding transmitted energy value, calculate the divergence angle of laser beam, and save and print. The experimental results show that the measurement results of the measurement system are accurate, the measurement error is less than 0.05 mrad, the degree of automation is high, and the operation is simple and convenient, which can meet the requirements of rapid test of laser divergence angle.
