教师专业化是教师教育的发展趋势,2000年美国华盛顿州教育部规定教师证书分为两阶段:高级训练证书和专业证书。在有关“专业证书”文件中,规定了中小学合格教师专业标准,通过对此标准分析并结合我国实际,指出华盛顿州“标准”对我国基础教育教师队伍建设具有一定的启示与借鉴价值。 Teacher specialization is the development trend of teacher education. In 2000, the Department of Education of the State of Washington stated that the teacher certificate was divided into two phases: advanced training certificate and professional certificate. In the relevant “Professional Certificates” document, professional standards for qualified teachers in primary and secondary schools are stipulated.
