行政事业单位一是指行政单位和事业单位的统称,如区属行政事业单位、县属行政事业单位等。二是指具有行政管理职能的事业单位,其履行的是执法监督和社会一些管理职能,如部门所属的执法监督、监管机构等。本文指的行政事业单位是指行政单位和事业单位的统称。本文对行政事业单位人力资源管理上出现的诸多问题进行简单剖析,并对其提出针对性改进对策,旨在引起相关部门的重视。
