目的探讨甲基睾丸素联合米非司酮治疗更年期子宫功能性出血的临床效果。方法选取2009年1月～2009年12月我院治疗的76例更年期功血患者,随机分成对照组(单药甲基睾丸素组)36例和试验组(甲基睾丸素联合米非司酮组)36例分别治疗1个疗程后进行临床疗效及复发率比较。结果治疗效果比较试验组优于对照组(χ2=6.6323,P=0.0363),有统计学意义;复发率比较试验组低于对照组(χ2=6.3333,P=0.0118),有统计学意义。结论对更年期功血采用甲基睾丸素联合米非司酮治疗,效果较佳,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of methyltestosterone combined with mifepristone in treating menopausal uterine functional bleeding. Methods A total of 76 patients with menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2009 were randomly divided into control group (single methyltestosterone group) and test group (methyltestosterone combined with mifepristone Group) 36 cases were treated after a course of treatment for clinical efficacy and recurrence rate comparison. Results The treatment effect was better in the test group than in the control group (χ2 = 6.6323, P = 0.0363). The recurrence rate was significantly lower in the test group than in the control group (χ2 = 6.3333, P = 0.0118). Conclusion Menopause dysfunctional uterine bleeding with methyltestosterone combined with mifepristone treatment, better effect, it is worth clinical promotion.
