With the launch of CERNET and Chinanet, the name of the Internet has become familiar and has created an Internet craze. Internet is the world’s largest computer network, including China, more than 150 countries connected to the Internet. From the user’s point of view, the Internet is a set of applications that perform effective communication tasks over the network, providing computer users with a means of personal communication that enables a computer user to send files or letters in real time Everywhere else, another computer user. The Internet can provide a wide range of services such as email, remote login, file transfer (FTP), Usenet, and information browsing (WWW). Among these numerous services, e-mail is most frequently used One of a wide range of services, especially in the current situation of China’s information export bandwidth is not high, the problem of the bottleneck of data transmission is prominent, the e-mail is one of the most effective services on the Internet. At present, all university campus networks and local postal information service networks are connected to the Internet. Therefore, Internet users (including remote users who access the Internet through telephones) in China are rapidly growing. These users all face the problem of how to effectively use the Internet. Currently, There are fewer books in this area, mostly translated. To this end, this publication will be from a practical point of view, how to use the Internet e-mail, due to space limitations, the seminar will be published in three issues.
