工业锅炉增设过热器,确能提高蒸汽的热能含量(焓值),对节约能源和提高生产效率大有好处。但由于缺乏对过热器的安全常识,有不少用户为提高蒸汽温度,让锅炉超压运行,还有的把低压锅炉换为中压锅炉等等。本文所要讨论的是工业锅炉过热器怎样保持长期稳定的安全运行问题。1 过热器的常见故障轻者弯曲变形、过热胀粗,重者发生爆管。产生这些故障的原因有以下几点:
