目的了解宁夏不同地区蚊虫种群构成、季节消长情况,为制定病媒生物防制措施和预防媒传疾病的发生提供科学依据。方法成蚊密度监测采用诱蚊灯法,将紫外线诱蚊灯光源离地1.5 m,日落后20 min开始接通电源,开启诱蚊灯诱捕蚊虫,连续诱捕12 h,密闭收集器后再关闭电源。结果共捕获蚊虫3属6种,其中优势蚊种为淡色库蚊,占83.7%;不同环境中公园蚊虫密度最高,其次为农户和牲畜棚;全年季节消长趋势呈单峰,7~8月为高峰期。结论宁夏地区蚊虫种类较多,应在高峰期采取综合防制策略,从而控制蚊虫密度和媒传疾病,保护人民身体健康。
Objective To understand the population structure and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes in different areas of Ningxia and to provide a scientific basis for the development of vector control measures and prevention of the occurrence of vector diseases. Methods Mosquito lamp was used to monitor the density of adult mosquitoes. UV light source was used for 1.5 m. After 20 min after sunset, the light source was turned on. Mosquito was trapped by mosquito lamp for 12 h, and then the collector was closed . Results A total of 6 mosquitoes were found in 3 genera, among which the dominant mosquito was Culex pipiens pallens, accounting for 83.7%. The mosquitoes in different environments had the highest mosquito density, followed by peasant households and livestock sheds. The seasonal fluctuation showed a single peak from July to August For the peak. Conclusion There are more mosquitoes in Ningxia area. At the peak, a comprehensive control strategy should be adopted to control mosquito density and media-borne diseases and protect people’s health.
