利用Nadezhda-2型强流脉冲电子束装置在纯铝试样表面进行不同脉冲次数的电子束轰击处理,采用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜观察分析了受轰击铝样品。结果表明,在轰击处理中纯铝表面产生了大量的火山坑状形貌,可将其分成两种类型,即空位迁移型火山坑形貌和喷射型火山坑形貌。分析了火山坑密度随轰击次数变化的规律,得到了位错密度与轰击次数之间的关系,并对其形貌的形成原因进行了探讨。
The Nadezhda-2 high-current pulsed electron beam device was used to treat the pure aluminum samples by electron beam bombardment with different pulse times. The bombarded aluminum samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The results show that a large number of volcanic crater-like morphologies are formed on the surface of pure aluminum during the bombardment, which can be divided into two types, that is, vacancy migration volcanic pit morphology and jet volcanic crater morphology. The relationship between the density of volcano pits and the number of bombardment was analyzed. The relationship between the dislocation density and the number of bombardment was obtained, and the formation of the morphology was discussed.
