胸部Ｘ线检查是发现肺癌最常见的检查手段之一。但是 ,如果胸部Ｘ线检查为阴性就完全排除肺癌的诊断 ,是Ｘ线胸片阴性肺癌误诊和漏诊的一个主要原因之一。纤维支气管镜 (简称纤支镜 )检查为此类肺癌的诊断提供了最简便和最可靠的方法 ,现将我科近 10年来遇到 2 4例Ｘ线胸片阴性
Chest X-ray examination is one of the most common methods for detecting lung cancer. However, if the chest X-ray examination is negative, the diagnosis of lung cancer is completely excluded, which is one of the main reasons why the X-ray negative lung cancer is misdiagnosed and missed. Fiberoptic bronchoscopy (referred to as fiberoptic bronchoscopy) provides the most simple and reliable method for the diagnosis of this type of lung cancer. Now our department has encountered 24 cases of X-ray negative in the past 10 years.
