由于螺旋浆在船舶中所处的重要作用和恶劣的工作环境,其材质通常采用高强度黄铜ZHMn55—3—1。我厂采用砂模铸造锰黄铜螺旋浆,抗拉强度稳定在55~62Kg/mm~2,硬度HB113~124,分别比GB340—64高22~37.8%和25.6~37.8%。一、熔炼工艺 1、一次熔炼法(焦炭坩埚炉) 浇注小型螺旋浆或同牌号其它船用件时、使用焦炭坩埚炉、采用一次快速熔炼法。 1)炉料配比:Cu(Cu4以上,99.5%)55%;Mn(JMnl,96%)3.5%;Fe(低碳钢车屑烧去油污或2″新铁钉)1%;Zn(Zn5以上)41%。
