目的:研究扶正固本颗粒联合化疗、放疗的体内抗肿瘤作用及对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响,并与单独放疗、化疗作比较。方法:建立小鼠肉瘤S180移植性肿瘤模型,次日随机分为10组,放、化疗,并ig给药每日1次,10 d后,计算抑瘤率、胸腺指数和脾指数,测定细胞因子白介素-2(IL-2),白介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平和外周血细胞数量,检测其抑瘤作用及对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果:联合治疗较单独的放化疗能增强荷瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能,提高荷瘤小鼠的胸腺指数和脾脏指数;拮抗化疗所致荷瘤小鼠血清IL-2,IL-6和TNF-α的减少;拮抗放疗所致荷瘤小鼠外周血细胞的减少。结论:联合治疗可增强荷瘤小鼠免疫功能。
Objective: To study the antitumor effect of Fuzheng Guben Granules combined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy in vivo and its effect on immune function of tumor-bearing mice, and to compare with radiotherapy and chemotherapy alone. Methods: The murine sarcoma S180 transplanted tumor model was established. The mice were randomly divided into 10 groups on the following day for radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The mice were treated with ig once daily. After 10 days, the tumor inhibition rate, thymus index and spleen index were calculated. (IL-2), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) levels and the number of peripheral blood cells were measured to determine their anti-tumor effects and immune function in mice with tumor . Results: Compared with chemotherapy alone, radiotherapy and chemotherapy could enhance the phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages in tumor-bearing mice and increase the thymus index and spleen index of tumor-bearing mice. The anti-tumor effect of chemotherapy on IL-2 and IL-6 And decrease of TNF-α; antagonize the reduction of peripheral blood cells in tumor-bearing mice induced by radiotherapy. Conclusion: Combination therapy can enhance the immune function of tumor-bearing mice.
