[目的]观察针刺配合康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难的临床疗效。[方法]对20例脑卒中后吞咽困难的患者进行分级,除进行常规治疗外,采用针刺和康复训练的方法进行治疗。[结果]治疗组总有效率为95%。[结论]针刺配合康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难临床疗效较好。 [Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and rehabilitation training in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke. [Methods] Twenty patients with dysphagia after stroke were classified. In addition to routine treatment, acupuncture and rehabilitation training were used. [Results] The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95%. [Conclusion] Acupuncture plus rehabilitation training is effective in treating dysphagia after stroke.
