发表在6月10日的《太原晚报》上的《寻“魔”记》一文,在1993年度全国晚报新闻特写大赛中被授予一等奖。对《寻“魔”记》来说,获得这一殊荣是当之无愧的,因为它是一串由“寻”字穿起来的珍珠。我这里所说的由“寻”字穿起来的珍珠,包含着两层意思,即是指有着两种类型的珍珠,一是太原市治理环境的丰硕成果,二是特写作品中的语言特色,而这两种珍珠又都是“寻”出来的。先说第一种。作者在这篇特写中明明是要告诉读者太原市经过环境治理后的崭新面貌,可在表现手法上却不落窠臼,没有“不见了滚滚浓烟,处处是绿树掩映”一类的描写,而

However, he could not express himself in the way of expression. There was no description of “no thick smoke, no trees everywhere”. and
