目的：评价尼莫地平胶囊剂治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法：在３８４ 例偏头痛患者中，以尼莫地平片剂进行随机对照研究。结果：尼莫地平胶囊剂组的总有效率为９７ ．５ ％ 和９６ ．９ ％ ，尼莫地平片剂组的总有效率为８７ ．５ ％ 和７８ ．１ ％ 。结论：尼莫地平胶囊剂的疗效优于片剂。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of nimodipine capsules in the treatment of migraine. METHODS: A randomized controlled study of nimodipine tablets in 384 migraine sufferers. Results: The total effective rate of nimodipine capsule group was 97. 5% and 96. 9%, nimodipine tablet group total efficiency of 87. 5% and 78. 1%. Conclusion: Nimodipine capsules have better efficacy than tablets.
