目的揭示卡介苗接种过程中存在的职业安全危险因素,减少职业伤害风险。方法观察接种卡介苗过程中的职业安全环节,引导医务人员在卡介苗接种各环节做好防护。结果通过对接种过程的临床观察,提出可靠的防护方法,在接种过程中按照卡介苗接种流程操作,3年中无一例医务人员发生结核分枝杆菌感染。结论只要从卡介苗的检查、使用、废弃空安瓿的处理过程中做好防护,对有利器损伤的医务人员及时采取预防治疗,可以防止感染结核病,防护措施值得推广。
Objective To reveal occupational safety risk factors during BCG vaccination and reduce the risk of occupational injury. Methods Observe the occupational safety during BCG vaccination and guide medical staff to protect them during BCG vaccination. Results Through the clinical observation of the vaccination process, a reliable protection method was proposed. During the inoculation process, the BCG vaccination procedure was followed. No case of medical staff was infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis in 3 years. Conclusion As long as the preventive measures are taken during the inspection, use and disposal of empty ampules, it is worth to popularize the protective measures against tuberculosis.
