以野生大豆(龙野01-177)为材料,根据PAL酶活性的影响因素,选取48 h为一个周期,每3 h进行取样,研究低温(-4℃)诱导、机械损伤诱导、紫外线照射诱导、激素BAP诱导和正常对照组条件下的酶活性、蛋白含量、酶比活性的变化。结果表明:4种诱导条件下野生大豆PAL的酶活性和蛋白质含量变化趋势均相同且表现出不同的变化规律;通过比较酶比活性,发现4种诱导条件中,低温诱导效果最好。
The wild soybean (Longye 01-177) was used as materials. According to the factors of PAL enzyme activity, 48 h was selected as one cycle and samples were taken every 3 h. The effects of low temperature (-4 ℃) induction, mechanical damage induction and UV irradiation were studied , Hormone BAP induction and normal control group under the conditions of enzyme activity, protein content, enzyme activity changes. The results showed that the activity of PAL and the change of protein content of wild soybean were the same under the four kinds of inducing conditions and showed different variation rules. By comparing the specific activity of enzyme, we found that the induction effect of low temperature was best among the four kinds of inducing conditions.
