慢性阻塞性腮腺炎(chronic obstructive parotitis,COP)是一种常见的腮腺疾病,通常由引起涎液流出受阻的局部因素所诱发,导致逆行性感染。COP保守治疗方法有腮腺按摩,其它治疗方法有全身抗菌治疗和手术切除。逆行注射龙胆紫治疗慢性腮腺炎被认为是一种简单快速的方法。本文对其治疗COP的效果进行了评价。 作者对16位保守治疗无效的COP患者逆行注射入腺体内1～3ml 1％龙胆紫,于治疗前、治疗后,从临床症状,影像学检查(包括涎腺造影和超声检查),刺激 Chronic obstructive parotitis (COP), a common parotid disease, is usually induced by local factors that cause obstruction of salivary fluid flow, leading to retrograde infection. Retrograde gentian violet treatment of chronic parotitis is considered a simple and quick method. This article evaluates its effectiveness in treating COP. The authors retrograde injection of 1 ~ 3ml 1% gentian violet into the gland of 16 COP-treated patients who did not survive conservative treatment before treatment and after treatment, from clinical symptoms, imaging studies (including salivary gland angiography and ultrasonography)
