利用相变材料聚乙二醇对基质沥青以及AC-20沥青混凝土的基本性能以及温度敏感性进行试验研究。试验结果表明:随着相变材料掺量的加大,相变材料改性沥青的黏度变大,延度逐渐下降,温度敏感性下降。当相变材料掺量达到30%时,可使相变材料改性沥青在60℃停留5 h以上。用相变材料改性沥青配置的AC-20沥青混合料具有较好的高温稳定性,其动稳定度可达到3 210次/mm,是普通AC-20沥青混合料的2倍以上,其在39℃高温日照条件下可降低路面温度9℃,而对其低温性能影响不大。
The phase change material polyethylene glycol (PAA) was used to study the basic properties and temperature sensitivity of matrix asphalt and AC-20 asphalt concrete. The experimental results show that with the increase of the content of phase change material, the viscosity of phase change material modified asphalt becomes larger, the ductility gradually decreases, and the temperature sensitivity decreases. When the phase change material content reaches 30%, the phase change material modified asphalt can stay at 60 ℃ for more than 5 h. AC-20 asphalt mixture with phase change material modified asphalt has good high temperature stability, its dynamic stability can reach 3 210 times / mm, which is more than twice that of ordinary AC-20 asphalt mixture, 39 ℃ under high temperature sunshine conditions can reduce the road temperature 9 ℃, while its low temperature performance has little effect.
