患者女性 ,6 0岁 ,因不规则发热 8个月入院。体检 :体温 38 6℃ ,脉搏10 2 /ｍｉｎ ,呼吸 2 4/ｍｉｎ ,血压 13/ 8ｋＰａ。消瘦、贫血外观 ,浅表淋巴结无肿大 ,心肺无明显异常 ,左下腹轻压痛 ,未触及包块 ,肝剑突下 3ｃｍ ,脾肋下未触及。实验室检查 :血白细胞 1 5× 10 9/Ｌ ,
