随着半导体行业的技术和生产工艺越来越成熟,半导体芯片本身已不再是竞争的唯一手段,为芯片应用而产生的技术支持服务正成为客户选择芯片产品的重要指标。因而,如何提高技术支持力度,如何引领电子产品制造商和电子产品生产商在使用半导体芯片中降低他们的设计风险以及缩短他们的研发周期已变得相当重要。通过借鉴项目管理中沟通管理的理论,结合实际中半导体技术支持工作,找出其中存在的一些问题,并对这些问题进一步分析,提出采用信息管理的解决思路和建议,进而优化工作流程和与客户之间的沟通管理,达到提高技术支持力度的目的。
