在当前迅猛发展的信息社会下,档案信息化和档案信息化建设已经成为档案事业应对迅猛发展的信息社会的必然选择,也是为档案信息服务社会的最佳技术手段和实现途径。看一个地区和行业档案管理现代化的水平,主要是看其档案信息化的程度,传统的档案实体管理体制已经开始彻底改变,档案信息化和信息化建设势在必行。自2000年全国档案工作会议上正式提出了档案信息化的概念后档案信息化建设在全国各类档案馆(室)中蓬勃开展起来。
Under the current rapidly developing information society, the construction of archives information and archives informationization has become the inevitable choice for the archives industry to deal with the rapid development of information society. It is also the best technical means and the way to serve the society for archival information. Looking at the modernization level of file management in a region and industry mainly depends on the extent of its file informationization. The traditional file entity management system has begun to change completely. Archival information and information construction are imperative. Since 2000, the National Archives Work Conference formally proposed the concept of archives information archives after the construction of various archives in the country (room) flourished.
