“普16型天安门图普通邮资信封”(图1)是新中国邮政发行的第五套普资封,因其邮资图采用了普16邮票中8分面值的天安门图案而得名。人民邮电出版社出版的《新中国邮资封片简目录(1950-1999)》中将其编为PF5普通邮资信封。普16中8分邮票图案为天安门与华灯,天安门朝左边,刷色为褐紫色;而邮资图刷色为桃红色,信封正反面文字及线段均为墨绿色。可能是多次再版印刷的原因,发现有浅绿色实寄封。此套普资封发行于1974年4月至1982年6月,发行时间跨距长达8年,同时又是普资封大全套中枚数最多、且又是最后一套面值8分的普资封。在人民邮电出版社出版的《中华人民共和国邮资片封简目录》、北京燕山出版社出版的《中
“Pu-16 Tiananmen Square ordinary postal envelope” (Figure 1) is the fifth set of generalized envelopes issued by New China Post, named for its postage map using 8-point nominal Tiananmen motifs in the Pu 16 stamps. The People’s Posts and Telecommunications Publishing House published the “New China Postage Stamps directory (1950-1999)” will be made into PF5 ordinary postal envelope. The 16 stamps in general 16 were Tiananmen Square and Hua Lamp. Tiananmen towards the left and the brush color was maroon purple.
