(四)回风过滤器1.FDP 旋转式纸过滤器旋转式纸过滤器主要用于过滤含有湿、粘灰尘的空气,它亦可作为除尘系统的二级过滤器。(图20)为旋转式纸过滤器的简图。图中1为供给罗拉,上面卷绕着一卷清洁的滤纸,滤纸通过转笼5的表面再绕到一卷取罗拉2上,这样在转笼的表面就复盖着一层滤料,含尘空气4从转笼的外面流过滤料进入转笼的里面,湿、粘的灰尘被阻留在滤料的表面而引成一尘层6,清洁空气由转笼的一端3排出。
(4) Return Air Filter 1. FDP Rotary Paper Filter Rotary paper filter is mainly used to filter air containing wet and sticky dust. It can also be used as secondary filter of dust removal system. (Fig. 20) is a diagram of a rotary paper filter. In the figure, 1 is a supply roller, which is wrapped with a roll of clean filter paper. The filter paper passes through the surface of the cage 5 and is wound on a take-up roller 2, so that the surface of the cage is covered with a layer of filter media. Dust air 4 flows from the outside of the cage to the inside of the cage. The wet, sticky dust is trapped on the surface of the filter material and is introduced into a dust layer 6. The clean air is discharged from one end 3 of the cage.
