血红蛋白E(HbE)为我国最常见的异型血红蛋白,四川省的病例多来源于川西平原,重庆地区仅有一个家系5例报告、为了解重庆及川东地区的发病情况和遗传流源,作者随机选择了三个病例作家系调查,现就发病情况、临床表现及实验室检查报告如下。
