通过对熔融还原煤气改质过程模型计算分析,得到不同改质条件下进、出改质炉煤气成分、温度的相互关系,以及过程的能量利用状况.研究表明,煤气改质过程可以节约二步法熔融还原的能量消耗,在自平衡条件下,可以达到最佳效果.
Through the calculation and analysis of the model of the reforming process of the smelting reduction gas, the relationship between the gas composition and temperature of the reformer furnace under different reforming conditions and the energy utilization status of the process are obtained. The research shows that the gas reforming process can save the energy consumption of the two-step melting reduction, and can achieve the best effect under the self-balance condition.
