制备了溴甲酚紫-硼酸、羧酸及其衍生物系列热变色复配物,考察其配比、填料的种类与用量、光照、高温等因素对其热色性能的影响。研究结果表明,以硼酸作显色剂,适合选用Al2O3或硅胶为填料,当溴甲酚紫、硼酸、填料质量比为1∶100∶100~250时,变色效果好,由黄色变到粉红色,变色温度为110℃左右,复色时间小于60s;以羧酸类为显色剂,适合选用十六醇为填料,溴甲酚紫、显色剂、十六醇的质量比为1∶1∶10~1∶4∶40,变色效果好,由红色变成黄色,变色温度在40℃左右,复色时间小于100s。
A series of thermochromic compounds of bromocresol purple - boric acid, carboxylic acid and their derivatives were prepared. Their effects on the thermochromic properties of the thermochromic compounds were investigated, such as the ratio, the type and amount of filler, light and temperature. The results show that boric acid as developer, suitable for use of Al2O3 or silica gel as filler, bromocresol purple, boric acid, filler mass ratio of 1: 100: 100 ~ 250, the color change effect is good, from yellow to pink , The discoloration temperature is about 110 ℃, the color recovery time is less than 60s; the carboxylic acid as the developer, suitable for cetyl alcohol as a filler, bromocresol purple, developer, cetyl alcohol mass ratio of 1: 1 : 10 ~ 1: 4: 40, good color changing effect from red to yellow, discoloration temperature around 40 ℃, color recovery time less than 100s.
