研究目的:筛选红花中红花黄色素的提取工艺及对成型工艺的初步研究。研究方法:以冷浸、温浸、渗漉、超声为主要提取方法,采用酸性染料比色法测定指标成分含量及浸膏率为指标比较提取方法的优劣;以临床用药需求、涂抹感及软膏剂的稳定性为指标,选择合适的软膏基质。结果:本实验得到红花的最佳提取工艺为:红花:以12倍量水70℃水浴20min,过滤,滤渣加10倍量水70℃水浴20min。软膏基质确定为O/W型基质。结论:通过系统的实验研究,确定了红花中红花黄色素的提取工艺并有了初步的成型工艺,为治疗体育运动中常见的闭合性软组织损伤软膏剂的进一步研究提供了物质基础。
Objective: To screen the safflower yellow pigment extraction process and the preliminary study on the forming process. Methods: The main extraction methods were cold soaking, warm soaking, percolation and ultrasonography. Acid dye colorimetry was used to determine the content of the index components and the extract rate as an index to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the extraction methods. The clinical application requirements, Ointment stability as an indicator, select the right ointment base. Results: The best safflower extraction process in this experiment was as follows: Safflower: a 12-fold water bath at 70 ° C for 20 minutes, filtered, the residue and 10 times the amount of water 70 ℃ water bath 20min. Ointment base was identified as O / W type matrix. Conclusion: Through the systematic experimental research, the extraction technology of saffron yellow pigment in safflower was established and the preliminary forming process was established, which provided the material basis for the further study of closed soft tissue injury ointment which is commonly used in sports.
