目的:制备阿魏酸钠双层片并考察其体外释放特性。方法:采用粉末直接压片法,以羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)为骨架材料制备阿魏酸钠双层片,通过紫外分光光度法,按照《中国药典》的转篮法测定体外释放度,并对体外药物释放的影响因素进行考察。结果:HPMC的规格和用量是影响药物释放的主要因素,填充剂不同对药物的释放也产生一定影响。结论:以HPMC K15M为骨架材料,微晶纤维素为填充剂制备的阿魏酸钠双层片具有良好的缓释和速释特性。
Objective: To prepare bilayer sodium ferulate and investigate its in vitro release characteristics. Methods: The powder of sodium ferulate was prepared by direct powder tabletting method with hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) as the scaffold material, and the in vitro release was determined by UV spectrophotometry according to the “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” basket spinning method Degrees, and to investigate the factors that influence drug release in vitro. Results: The specifications and dosage of HPMC are the main factors that affect the drug release. Different fillers also affect the drug release. Conclusion: The sodium ferulate layered double layer tablet with HPMC K15M as the framework material and microcrystalline cellulose as filler has good sustained release and immediate release properties.
