湖北省水力能源丰富,煤炭缺乏,电力系统构成以水电为主,约占60%左右,其次是火电。今后随着三峡水电站的建成,湖北水电基本开发完毕,火电由于煤炭自给不足,外供受交通运输的限制,加之环境保护的约束,不宜大规模的发展,为了适应湖北经济迅速发展对电力的需要,必须尽早开展核电的前期工作,适时建设一定容量的核电。本文从湖北能源资源的构成、负荷增长、核电站投资、核燃料供应等对湖北建设核电的可行性进行了探讨。
Hydropower in Hubei Province is rich in hydropower, lack of coal, power system consisting mainly of hydropower, accounting for about 60%, followed by thermal power. In the future, with the completion of the Three Gorges Hydropower Station, the basic development of hydropower in Hubei is completed. Due to the shortage of coal self-sufficiency, thermal power is limited by transportation and restricted by environmental protection, so it is not suitable for large-scale development. In order to meet the needs of rapid economic development in Hubei Province, , Preliminary work on nuclear power must be carried out as soon as possible and a nuclear power with a certain capacity should be built in due time. This paper discusses the feasibility of constructing nuclear power in Hubei province from the composition of Hubei energy resources, load growth, nuclear power plant investment, nuclear fuel supply and so on.
