我厂硅酸盐密实砌块车间用带有隔板的分块平模生产砌块。蒸养后脱模取出砌块系采用少先吊辅以人工操作。由于劳动强度大和不安全已与目前年产19万米~3砌块的生产规模不相适应。为之我厂于去年1月开始采用一次吊装脱模工艺,将240×380×800毫米砌块9块用夹块机一次吊装脱模(见图1),经过一年多实践,效果很好。现已在两跨生产线上安装了二台一次吊装夹块机,彻底解决了
Our factory’s silicate dense block workshop uses blocks with partitions to produce blocks. After steaming, demoulding and taking out the blocks were carried out by manual operation with a small crane. Due to the high labor intensity and insecurity, the production scale of the 190,000 m 3 blocks per year has not been adapted. For this reason, our factory began using a lifting and stripping process in January of last year, and demolished 9 blocks of 240×380×800 mm blocks with a clamping block machine (see Figure 1). After more than one year of practice, the results are very good. . Two sets of lifting clamps have been installed on the two cross production lines and solved completely.
