我国已成为全球可再生能源发展的领跑者,风光电发展成就举世瞩目。与欧美国家分散式为主的发展模式不同,我国可再生能源具有规模化集中开发、高比例远距离输送、随机波动幅度大、抗干扰和可控性弱等突出特点。甘肃省风光电并网总装机容量跃居全国省级电网第一,装机比例达到世界领先水平,成为国内外可再生能源规模化利用的典型代表,但2015年全省弃风、弃光率超过30%,大规模风光电基地发展面临巨大的挑战。
Our country has become a leader in the development of renewable energy in the world. The achievement of wind power development has attracted worldwide attention. Different from the decentralized development mode in Europe and the United States, China’s renewable energy has the prominent features of large-scale development, high proportion of long-distance transmission, large random fluctuations, weak anti-interference and weak controllability. In Gansu Province, the total installed capacity of wind and solar power network ranks first in the provincial power grids nationwide, with the installed capacity reaching the leading level in the world and becoming the typical representative of the large-scale use of renewable energy both at home and abroad. However, in 2015, 30%, the development of large-scale wind power base is facing huge challenges.
