鉴于我校差生面较广、教学成绩滞后的情况,我校在教学经验丰富、勇于创新的廖校长的带领下,从去年开始进行了教学改革,先后向教育界的两大奇迹——杜郎口中学和洋思中学取经,并结合我校实际,实施了“先学后教”教学模式。这学期,这种教学模式在我校更是进行得轰轰烈烈,并在全校设立了8个实验班。经过将近一年的努力探索,尤其是这一学期的大力推进,“先学后教”教学模式已初见成效。我班也非常荣幸地被选做实验班,刚接手这个班时,这个班的差生是整个年级最多的,学生的行为习惯也比较差,经过一个学期的教学改革尝试,我班学生的学习习惯得到了很大的改善,学生的自主学习能力得到了一定的培养,中下层生面在逐步缩小。下面笔者主要谈谈“先学后教”教学模式对中下层生的促进作用。 In view of the wide range of students in our university and lagging teaching achievements, under the guidance of Professor Liao, who is experienced in teaching and creative, starting from last year, he conducted a teaching reform and has successively sent two major miracles to the education sector: Du Lang Secondary and Middle School, and combined with the reality of our school, the implementation of “before school and teaching ” teaching mode.
