随着社会经济和科技的不断发展,新信息技术得到了革新,信息领域的浪潮也席卷而来,这为有线电视的信息化建设提供了大好的机遇,同时又使传统的有线电视技术面临着严峻的挑战。从我国国内的有线电视的发展现状来看,我国的有线电视网络建设还存在很大的问题,由于各种因素的影响,使得我国有线电视的发展存在很多的问题和障碍。为了能够有效地提高我国有线电视的信息化发展水平,必须加大对有线电视的网络改造,使我国的有线电视得以健康地发展,实现有线电视双向网络的成功改造,进而推动我国落后地区有线电视网的快速崛起。
