采用微纤维电极和NYZ-1型视诱发电位检测系统,对临床已确诊和拟诊为球后视神经炎的96只眼,进行了模式翻转视网膜电图和视诱发电位的检测。观察到P-VEP之P100波和PERG之q波有不同程度的改变:轻者表现为潜伏期延长;重者波形宽大畸变或幅值低平乃至电位消失。同时,观察到P-VEP和P-ERG的改变与视力下降程度有一定关系。认为:对球后视神经炎患者作电生理学检查有利于对疾病的早期诊断和判断预后。
Microfibrous electrodes and NYZ-1 evoked potentials detection system were used to detect the mode-reversed electroretinogram (EMG) and visual evoked potentials in 96 eyes with clinically diagnosed and retrobulbar optic neuritis. It was observed that the P wave of P-VEP and the q-wave of PERG changed in varying degrees: the light showed prolonged latency; the severe waveform of large distortion or low amplitude even disappeared. At the same time, it was observed that the changes of P-VEP and P-ERG have a certain relationship with the degree of vision loss. That: for electrophysiological examination of patients with posterior optic neuritis is conducive to the early diagnosis of the disease and determine the prognosis.
