目的:观察参杞养生酒对免疫功能低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:采用小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬试验、迟发型变态反应试验及溶血素试验,观察参杞养生酒对免疫功能低下小鼠非特异性和特异性免疫功能的影响。结果:参杞养生酒能显著地增加小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力,增强氢化可的松诱导的免疫功能低下小鼠的迟发性变态反应,提高小鼠溶血素水平。结论:参杞养生酒对免疫功能低下小鼠非特异性和特异性免疫功能具有一定增强作用.
Objective: To observe the effect of Shenqi health wine on immune function in immunocompromised mice. Methods: Mouse peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis test, delayed-type hypersensitivity test and hemolysin test were used to observe the effect of Shenqi health wine on non-specific and specific immune function in immunocompromised mice. Results: Shenqi health wine can significantly increase the mouse peritoneal macrophages phagocytosis of chicken erythrocytes, enhance cortisol-induced delayed immunodeficiency mice delayed hypersensitivity and improve the level of hemolysin in mice. Conclusion: Shenqi wine can enhance the nonspecific and specific immune function of immunocompromised mice.
