1.事前做好充分准备,掌握最新情报日本是个情报泛滥的社会,情报已经成为一个新的产业。除大企业有自己独立的情报网和信息处理系统外,还有专门提供情报的机关,如经济研究所、银行的调查部、政府的各种统计单位,他们可向中小企业提供情报。在某种意义上说,商业谈判就是情报的竞争,谁先掌握情报谁就主动。因此谈判前,一定要有充分准备,掌握最新情报。
