目的测定西北不同产地甘草中微量元素Mn、Fe、Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Cd的含量,为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供可靠方法。方法采用火焰原子吸收法测定甘草中Mn、Fe、Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Cd的含量。结果西北地区甘草7种微量元素含量由高到低依次为Ca、Fe、Zn、Mg、Mn、Cu、Cd;不同产地甘草微量元素含量存在差异。秦安产甘草中含有Cd,其他产地均无。结论微量元素的含量对药材的质量评价与控制有一定的参考价值;秦安野生甘草含有Cd元素不宜药用。
Objective To determine the contents of trace elements Mn, Fe, Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn and Cd in Glycyrrhiza uralensis from different habitats in Northwest China and provide a reliable method for scientific evaluation and effective control of their quality. Methods The contents of Mn, Fe, Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn and Cd in Glycyrrhiza uralensis were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The contents of seven trace elements in Glycyrrhiza uralensis from Northwest China were Ca, Fe, Zn, Mg, Mn, Cu and Cd from high to low. The contents of trace elements in licorice from different areas were different. Qinan liquorice contains Cd, no other origin. Conclusion The content of trace elements has certain reference value for the quality evaluation and control of medicinal materials. Qin wild wild licorice contains not suitable for medicinal purposes.
