为了解决推荐营养液和推荐拌种根瘤菌用量不能发挥菜豆生产潜力的问题,设置了4因素2水平完全随机组合盆栽试验。结果表明,采用推荐营养液用量处理的菜豆平均干物质量较采用1/4推荐用量处理的提高了49.44%,根瘤菌数增加了58.32%。与氯化钙混合营养液相比,硫酸钙混合营养液处理后干物质量增加了29.45%。用4倍推荐根瘤菌用量拌种的菜豆根瘤菌数量较用推荐根瘤菌用量处理的增加了18.80%。
In order to solve the problem that the recommended nutrient solution and the recommended amount of rhizobia were not able to exert the potential of bean production, a 4-factor-2 full-pot combination pot experiment was set up. The results showed that the average dry matter content of bean treated with the recommended nutrient solution was increased by 49.44% and the number of rhizobia increased by 58.32% compared with the 1/4 recommendation. Compared with the calcium chloride mixed nutrient solution, the dry matter content of calcium sulfate mixed nutrient solution increased by 29.45%. The amount of Rhizobium japonicum that had been inoculated with 4 times the recommended amount of rhizobia increased by 18.80% compared with that of the recommended rhizobia.
