用泡生法生长出不同Nd3+ 掺杂浓度的Nd3+ ∶CaLa2 B10 O19(NLCB)晶体 ,测试了晶体的透射光谱、荧光光谱、倍频效应等性质。NLCB晶体在 580nm和 80 5nm处有很强的吸收 ,能与二极管激光器有效耦合。在 90 0nm和 1.0 6 μm处各有一荧光峰 ,1.0 6 μm处的荧光寿命为 75μs。NLCB的粉末倍频效应为KDP的 2倍。
The crystal of Nd3 +: CaLa2 B10 O19 (NLCB) with different Nd3 + doping concentration was grown by bubble generation method, and the properties of the crystal such as transmission spectrum, fluorescence spectrum and frequency doubling effect were tested. NLCB crystals have strong absorption at 580nm and 805nm and can be effectively coupled with diode lasers. There is a fluorescence peak at 90 0 nm and 1.0 6 μm, and the fluorescence lifetime at 1.0 6 μm is 75 μs. NLCB powder multiplier effect of KDP 2 times.
