本文提出了一种应用于电力系统营销计划的计算方法——排队法 ,通过引入电价敏感因子并对用户进行排队处理 ,完成对大量数据的快速处理。针对目前各电力公司营销计划中因用户繁多、数据量大因而难以快速制定营销计划的问题提出了一种可行的解决办法。算法在华北地区某电力公司的试算表明 ,该方法能够快速有效地解决电力公司中大量用户的集中处理并对营销计划的制定给出合理优化的可行解
This paper proposes a queuing method that is applied to the power system marketing plan. By introducing price-sensitive factors and queuing the users, the rapid processing of large amounts of data is completed. A feasible solution is proposed to solve the problem that it is difficult to quickly develop a marketing plan because of the large number of users and large amounts of data in the marketing plans of various power companies. The trial calculation of an algorithm in a power company in North China shows that this method can quickly and effectively solve the centralized processing of a large number of users in power companies and provides a feasible solution for the rationalization of marketing plans.
