光纤传输系统本身有网络管理、保护倒换功能,但不支持对光纤特性的监测,当光缆出现故障时,无法确定故障位置而进行快速修复。常规的人工测量光纤传输网络方式已不适应电力系统对光纤传输网络性能分析和管理维护的要求。光纤在线自动监测系统与常规监测方式相比具有很大优越性,它为线路的运行维护人员提供了一个自动化的维护与测试平台。
Optical fiber transmission system itself has network management, protection switching function, but does not support the monitoring of fiber characteristics, when the optical cable fails, unable to determine the location of the fault for rapid repair. Conventional manual measurement of optical fiber transmission network has not adapted to the power system for optical fiber transmission network performance analysis and management and maintenance requirements. Compared with conventional monitoring methods, optical fiber online automatic monitoring system has great advantages. It provides an automatic maintenance and testing platform for line operation and maintenance personnel.
