用气相色谱法对我国六种原油进行了实沸点模拟蒸馏。所用色谱柱为不锈钢管,内填60—80目的6201担体及SE-30硅橡胶固定液,柱箱采用程序升温。溜出物被氧化成二氧化碳后由热导检测器检测,避免了处理峰面积时使用校正因子的麻烦。所得结果与常规实沸点蒸馏(17块塔板)一致,并大大缩短了分析时间。
Gas chromatography was used to simulate the boiling point of six kinds of crude oil in China. The column used was a stainless steel tube filled with 60-80 mesh 6201 carrier and SE-30 silicone rubber fixing solution. The oven was heated by a program. The slipstream is oxidized to carbon dioxide and detected by a thermal conductivity detector, eliminating the hassle of using a correction factor when working with peak areas. The results are consistent with the conventional real boiling point distillation (17 trays) and greatly reduce the analysis time.
